Can I use Mytasca on a month-to-month basis?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no obligation. There are no hidden fees, cancellation penalties, or other charges.

What constitutes a user?

A user is anyone who is entered into Mytasca under your account with their own login ID. Each user of Mytasca must be an employee of the same company.

What if my number of employees changes?

We support many fast growing organizations. Please contact us if you need to add or remove users from your account. We will adjust your subscription pricing to accommodate.

Do you require a credit card for a free two week trial?

You can sign up your company or team at any time for a free two-week trial without a credit card. It's easy to invite your team to start using the great features Mytasca has to offer.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You will be given the option to choose one of our plans and pay by credit card. All the data you've collected during the trial will also be available once you subscribe. Or if you decide not to subscribe at the end of your trial, your account will simply expire and become inactive.

What do I get with research on schools?

Depending on the size of your recruiting team, we will pre-populate critical information on the schools you are interested in recruiting from. This might include information on career center and department contacts, campus event schedules and info, and other recruitment data.

What is a custom report?

You can request a custom report on a variety of topics including diversity breakouts, degree completion data, and trending data.
